Terms of service

The terms Bloom is offered under

Draft, not in force

Bloom has not launched and nobody is a customer, so there is no agreement in force and this is not one. These terms are published early because a buyer evaluating the product should be able to read them before there is any pressure to sign, and they will change: they have not been through legal review, and the liability, indemnity and data ownership clauses in particular are expected to. If you are reading this while deciding whether to try Bloom, the page worth reading alongside it is what Bloom does with data, which describes the software's actual behaviour rather than a promise about it.
